Bright Eclectic Home

The brief on this project was to add more colour to my clients interior, they did not like the fact that their home lacked colour and life, and were not afraid of using an eclectic mix of shades and patterns. A beautiful vibrant wallpaper was installed in jewel aqua colours on the entrance staircase wall to make a statement on entry and led the eye up to the next upper level of living space. Here there are existing couches in a colourful stripe , so we added complementary wall colours in  ochre and installed textured sheer curtains in the lounge to give them a feeling of cosyness to their space at night.Aqua feature walls were added to offset the yellow tones of the wooden kitchen cabinetry and give a nod to the vibrant wallpaper .  Dining chairs were recovered in a beautiful royal blue jacquard fabric . In the bedroom a watercolour wallpaper features on one wall in soft blues and golden hues and the wingback chair in a textured tweed fabric in the same tones compliments the space perfectly. Textured sheer curtains in grey form the backdrop.
